It will be outside in cold dry weather but i didn’t know if it is okay to leave it operating taking long exposures all night. its in a safe area where no one of thing can touch it.

Hiya, as above I never seem able to get sharp eyes in portraiture pics. Im currently using a canon 400D DSLR with a IS USM 1.4 lens. Eyes are always slightly blurred with perhaps cheeks being sharper. Is there anyway of changing the red dots to focus on eyes? Also, what should I do to obtain all over face sharpness?, Thanks in advance.

So I’m planning to get a DSLR next week, and I was wondering if it makes a difference if a DSLR has only 3 AF points [you probably know which camera I'm talking about].
If I’m using Manual Focus, do the Auto-Focus points matter? I know of other entry-level DSLRs that have at least 7 to 9 AF points,…Thanks.

Hello, i just got a sony a200 dslr. but im kind of disappointed with the lack of sharpness in the images, i even used a table tripod on one shot!. What could i be doing wrong? camera settings? anything, as i know this camera is capable of a lot more.
