Anything that will mount on the F60 will also mount on the D60, but a good number of them will not autofocus. You need a lens with AF-S or AF-I in the designation to autofocus on the D60. 
Nikon uses F mount, Canon uses EF mount. Nikon has a very old series of lenses with the E designation, which will physically mount on the D60, but won&#039;t do much else.
