    You may just want to:
    a) set your ISO to 400 or higher
    b) put your camera to Av (aperture priority) and select the lowest number for the lens you have
    c) use a tripod
    d) use the lens that you have

    A fast telephoto lens, set your camera’s ISO to “auto”, use aperture priority mode and use the lens at its highest aperture.
    Of course using good camera skills to prevent camera movement is very important.
