I have recently taken interest in photography and am planning to get a Canon DSLR?
I am currently eyeing the newly released 500D or Rebel t1i, however
I am in debate with my self.
is the 500D better then the 1000D or 400D?
How so?
I am also eyeing the 40D, but since I am new to this, the 40D may be a bit too advanced for me. So I am opting for an entry-level camera.
Any suggestions as to which camera I should pick?
I don’t know how to use this camera at all! Does anyone have any quick bits of advice/ top tips for using this amazing camera?
I have a Canon 18-50 mm lens right now.
Don’t know a lot about the subject but please be specific. Not just that Canon has been in the DSLR biz longer than Sony. Why do they take better shots and such…..
I’m planning to buy a hot shoe cover for my canon g10. but i’m not sure if it will fit.
I have a canon XSi. I was wondering if i could somehow use my old Ricoh KR-30sp’s lens (a Rikenon P Zoom 28-100mm macro) on my canon. Is there a lens converter kit or something of the sort I can buy so i can use this lens on my canon? Thanks.
I just ordered one, and I know that when it arrives, I’ll take probably over a thousand pictures the first month since I’ve never had a dslr before. It’s a Rebel xs. What is the average life span of a camera like that under moderate to heavy use?
I am planning on buying a polarizing filter to go with my zoom lens with my Canon 20D DSLR.
When shooting:
- I use autofocus most of the time
- I adjust the metering manually sometimes (trying to do it more often now)
I am not sure if I should buy a linear or circular polarizer.
Any advice?
