Which Dslr Canon Camera Would Be The Best For A Beginner?
I’d like to know which Canon camera would be the best to start off with. I’m thinking $500-$600 budget wise (or something around that is fine too). I guess your top 3 preferences would do.
Also, if the camera does not have Live View, would that make taking pictures harder? Is Live View a necessity?
Thanks.

Nikon D40 is the most suitable for a beginner, and definitely the cheapest.
Also consider the Canon Rebel XSi or XTi, which are both inexpensive for DSLR cameras and very high quality.
Canon EOS 400D, also known as Digital Rebel XTi
Once you get use to Live View, you’ll wonder how you could have taken pictures without it–it’s a compositional tool that’s worthwhile.
Good luck!
